Why don't YOU host an Evening with Friends party?

 

 

 

It's FUN! The best thing about Evening with Friends is that there are no rules. YOU set the date. YOU make up the guest list. And YOU decide what kind of party to have - a few friends for cocktails, a huge bash with a hundred of your closest friends, or anything in between.

We've never needed your help more. North Carolina ranks sixth in the nation in the number of people living with HIV/AIDS. And in the Triangle today there are more people living with HIV/AIDS than at any time in our history. We need YOU.

It's Simple

Just complete this on-line Host registration form. Or if you wish you may print and mail or fax our printable Host registation form to Evening with Friends.

  • Attend one of the Host Kick-Off Parties to pick-up your host packet, (invitations, gala tickets, and tips to make your party a success) get your questions answered and meet other Hosts.

  • Invite a few (or a few hundred) of your closest friends for dinner, a party, or a barbecue.

  • As your guests arrive, collect their donation payable to Evening with Friends. (Yes, we accept credit cards!) Remember to invite them to the Gala on Saturday, April 27, 2002.

  • Join thousands of other Hosts, guests, and sponsors for a coffee and dessert social at the Evening with Friends Gala, from 8 PM until 11 PM Saturday, April 27th, On the grounds of the North Carolina Museum of Art.

All of your expenses as a Host are tax-deductible. So SAVE your receipts! We will send you a letter for tax purposes when we receive a copy of your receipts.
